Once completed, either take the MOS exam at participating Prometric testing centers or use your Center for Business Access Specialist Certificate to verify your competency. 21 classroom hours.

Prerequisite: Knowledge of Windows OS, ability to use keyboard and mouse with proficiency and a basic knowledge of database use.
