Log In To MyJCCC
Credit Students
Username
To log in to your MyJCCC, you will need your JCCC-generated username.
Your username is your email ID, the characters before the @ sign in your JCCC student email account address. For example, the username for the email address jsmith01@stumail.jccc.edu is jsmith01.
If you've forgotten your username, you can retrieve it online.
Password
If you're logging in to MyJCCC for the first time, you'll also need the 8-digit default password included in your acceptance email.
If you have lost or forgotten your default password, call the Help Desk to have your password reset: 913-469-8500, ext. 4357, option 1, or toll-free at 866-896-5893.
Once you have the default password, type it in to the password box.
You will be prompted to create a new password.
Your password must be at least eight, but no more than 32, characters in length. It must contain at least one letter, one number and a special character. Your password should not contain your username or well-known names or identification numbers. Do not use your birthday or Social Security number or the word "password." Passwords are case sensitive, so "password" is not the same as "PASSWORD" or "PassWOrd."
Be sure to review the password requirements, avoid common password problems and follow these tips to create a secure password.
The next time you log in to MyJCCC, and every time thereafter, you will use your new password.
