Join Chef Aaron Prater's Special Topics class, Ingredient: An In-Depth Look at Culinary Staples, for a classroom dining experience. Every other week, Chef Aaron and his students will have only eight seats available at their Chef's Table, where you will be welcomed to join them for part of their practical classroom discussion about the classic ingredients that they will be taking a deep dive on, and then you will watch as the students prepare three to four different dishes using those chosen ingredients. Red and white wine, along with water, will be available. The menu for each class is listed below, but please be aware that student input could change some of the dishes.
