Event Spaces - Weather Closings

The conference services manager will contact you if winter weather is forecast to be problematic on the day of your event.

We will handle this situation on a case by case basis.

If you want to go ahead with your event when it appears that the college will be closed due to weather, we will work with you on getting the necessary college administration approval.

Canceling your event for a day the college is closed due to weather will not result in any venue charges or catering charges.

Should you decide to cancel your event when weather is inclement, but the college is open, you would not pay for your event space, but depending on the advance notice given to catering, you may be responsible for food that is fully prepared and can't be used.
