Learn how to improve and maintain a healthy lifestyle through healthy eating.


JCCC, in partnership with the University of Kansas Health System and the University of Kansas Medical Center, invites you to Cook Right, Eat Right. This month the focus is on Hypertension and Stroke.

The series will help you understand how you can improve or maintain a healthy lifestyle through healthy eating. Each 90-minute program includes a cooking demonstration by a JCCC chef and a health education presentation by a dietitian and a clinician. At the end of the program you will get to sample the prepared food and ask questions.
