A New Deal for Public Art in the Free State is a film by Clio's Scroll Productions LLC in conjunction with the Birger Sandzén Memorial Gallery and is funded by a grant from Humanities Kansas and Kansas Studies Institute.

In the post-screening discussion, historian and filmmaker Kara Heitz and director Graham Carroll will take questions from the audience.
