Mindfulness Walk (Wednesdays)

JCCC’s Student Health and Wellness program invites you to take a mindful break from your studies.

Relax, meditate and refocus! Join us weekly for 50 minutes of meditation, quiet walks and enlightenment activities while exploring the JCCC campus.

Sessions will run from 11-11:50 a.m. every Wednesday this summer, excluding the Fourth of July.

Tips on the proper body mechanics of walking, muscle toning and fat burning will be shared. There will also be stretching, body weight exercises and interval training, so that students can get refocus both mind and body.

Water and snacks will be available.

Free for all JCCC students; just bring your Student ID.
