  • Has appeared on TV with Stephen Colbert, Bill Maher, Ed Schultz and others
  • Previously Chief of Staff for U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell
  • Served 31 years in the U.S. Army
  • Past Deputy Director and Director of the U.S. Marine Corps War College at Quantico, Virginia

His appearance, co-sponsored by the JCCC Center for Sustainability and Earthkeepers of Heartland Presbytery, is part of the JCCC Environmental Science Lecture Series. The newly launched series promotes scientific curiosity of our planet.
