Counseling and Advising Services

Counselors are available primarily on an appointment basis, but do have some limited walk-in availability.  Visit www.jccc.edu/counseling for detailed days/times.  To schedule an appointment with a counselor, call 913-469-3809.  Limited phone appointments are available for people living outside of the Kansas City metropolitan area.

Instant Message (IM) Advising)

Generally, a counselor is available to answer general questions via Instant Message (IM) Advising Mondays-Fridays 10am-3pm.  Please do not provide us with any identifying information (JCCC ID#, social security number, etc.)  Service availability may vary, but check the website for an immediate response http://www.jccc.edu/counseling/im-advising.html
