Doron Sagi, BA, MA
Doron Sagi is head of MSR's Testing and Assessment unit, collaborating with Israel's regulatory bodies such as the Ministry of Health and Israel's Medical Association in developing simulation based hi stake exams together with NITE, the National Institute for Testing and Evaluation. Exams are conducted for all advanced nursing specialties and for board exams for residents in medical domains such as Anesthesiology, Emergency Medicine, Radiotherapy and Orthopedics.
Prior to that he worked as a psychometrician at the Marom unit of the National Institute for Testing and Evaluation in Israel. Prior to that Doron served for 27 years in the Israeli Air Force beginning as a fighter pilot and for 15 years also as a psychologist in various positions involving assessment and evaluation. The last position was as the Commander of the Israeli Air Force's Senior Officer Evaluation Center that designed and implemented approximately 20 evaluation centers a year and he was responsible for the integration of the Evaluation Center’s products in the IAF's HR processes
