Liat Pessach-Gelblum MBA
Liat Pessach-Gelblum, MBA, served over 10 years in the IDF, as an instructor and an officer where she developed, led and commanded an advanced and unique large simulator center. She is one of the pioneer leaders in the field of medical team training in Israel, and is internationally recognized as a leader in the field of debriefing in medical simulation. Mrs. Pessach-Gelblum served as a faculty development lead for the simulator program Boston Children's Hospital for three years. In recent years she is the Deputy Director and Chief Learning Officer of MSR- the Israel Center for Medical Simulation. Her main focus is advanced video-based debriefing strategies, curriculum and faculty development and team/CRM training. Mrs. Pessach-Gelblum has trained over 1000 instructors from various countries, and has participated in the establishment of simulation based programs around the world.
