Skills Enhancement
Spelling, reading, study skills, math and preparatory chemistry are among the areas of study offered in the Academic Achievement Center. Students who enroll in the center are given a diagnostic pre-test that places them at the appropriate level in their individualized program. Students progress at their own rate to meet their goals. Instructors are available for assistance. Note: No late enrollment.
Test Preparation
JCCC offers continuing education courses to help people prepare for a variety of tests, including the ACT/SAT, the GED, the GMAT, the GRE and the LSAT. Students can also learn everyday math, how algebra is relevant to daily life and more.
