The JCCC Scheduling Office will bill you for your event venue space and JCCC Dining Services will bill you separately for their catering services. Both statements are mailed together within 30 days.

All space rental charges incurred will be available on your facility request form from the Scheduling Office. Likewise, Dining Services charges will be included in your Banquet Event Order (BEO) confirmation for catering services.

A check for a deposit equal to 50 percent of the entire bill for rental charges is expected upon final approval of any rental requests.

Campus guests can connect to the internet from any wireless device by following the access instructions.

JCCC is pleased to offer free parking throughout its campus and at all JCCC facilities.

You may request reserved parking for large events; requests will be granted based on availability and additional fees will apply. For details, discuss your parking needs with the conference services manager. 

Johnson County Community College's Campus Police Department has officers on campus 24 hours a day.

Should additional JCCC officers be required for an event, arrangements must be made through the JCCC conference services manager. Additional security rates begin at $46 per hour.

The College assumes no responsibility for lost items in any venue spaces of the Regnier Center or Nerman Museum, locked or otherwise. You can inquire after lost or misplaced items at the JCCC Police Department Lost and Found.

If JCCC is closed due to inclement weather, all events and activities, including rental events, are canceled.

If JCCC closes, you will not be charged any venue or catering charges. Should you decide to cancel your event due to weather, but JCCC remains open, you may be responsible for food and catering charges.

Campus closings are communicated through local news outlets and are posted on the JCCC website home page.

No. Weddings, wedding receptions, showers and personal parties are not permitted in JCCC facilities.

No. JCCC requires that you use JCCC Catering for any food service needs, including coffee breaks, hors d'oeuvre receptions, boxed lunches, served meals and banquets.

JCCC permits the service of alcohol — beer and wine only — at some events.

Should your event request include serving alcoholic beverages (beer and wine only), you will be sent a JCCC Alcohol Beverage Request to review and sign.

This form collects the specifics of your event including date and time of the event, building location, expected attendance and the purpose of the event. You will be required to provide information about the alcohol to be provided and you will need to identify a responsible party from your organization who will assure all College guidelines regarding distribution of alcoholic beverages are followed.

College acknowledgement signatures and approval by the president of the College are required before the request is finalized.
