Event Spaces: Rental Policies & Procedures
JCCC event spaces are available for business and educational functions, year round on a space available basis.
When the scheduling office reserves your space(s) in the Regnier Center or Nerman Museum, the scheduler will request detailed information on your event and specific needs and requirements.
This information is evaluated by JCCC officials responsible for approving use of the venue, and if the event falls within the criteria established for events at JCCC, you will be sent an Application/Agreement for Use of College Facility for Educational Purposes.
This form acknowledges that your event has been approved and the space you have requested is confirmed for you. We will notify you personally to confirm that your request has been approved.
When we send you the rental agreement, you will receive additional documents that we ask that you review, sign and return to scheduling.
