Should your event include alcoholic beverages (beer and wine only), you will be sent a Johnson County Community College Alcohol Beverage Request to review and sign.

This form will detail all the specifics of your event including date and time of the event, building location, expected attendance and the purpose of the event. Further, the form indicates information directly related to the alcohol to be provided and a request for the responsible party from your organization that will assure all guidelines are enforced for distribution of alcoholic beverages at the college.

College acknowledgement signatures and approval by the president of the college will be obtained before the request is finalized.
