College Now Important Dates

Students who request to receive text messages or emails from JCCC will be sent reminders of the application, testing and enrollment deadlines, reminders to visit our library and resource centers, when grades will be posted and how to request a transcript. Standard messaging fees will apply.

Fall 2012 Semester-long Courses

• Application submission deadline – August 30, 2012*
• Authorization form submission deadline – August 30, 2012*
• ACT/SAT test score submission deadline, if applicable – August 30, 2012*
• COMPASS deadline, if applicable – September 14, 2012**
• Enrollment deadline – September 14, 2012**
• Last day for 100 percent refund – September 17, 2012
• Last day to withdraw without a "W" on transcript – September 17, 2012
• Last day to request pass/fail grade – November 15, 2012
• Last day to withdraw with a "W" on transcript – November 15, 2012
• Grades available to College Now students by noon on the web - January 17, 2013    

Fall 2012/Spring 2013 Year-long Courses

• Last day for 100 percent refund – February 11, 2013
• Last day to withdraw without a "W" on transcript – February 11, 2013
• Last day to request pass/fail grade – April 15, 2013
• Last day to withdraw with a "W" on transcript – April 15, 2013
• Grades available to College Now students by noon on the web – June 5, 2013 

*Forms will be accepted after this deadline; however, admissions cannot guarantee they will be processed before the enrollment deadline.

**COMPASS and enrollment deadline will not be extended for any reason.

Dropping a Course

If you need to withdraw from your course(s) for any reason, you must do so at your high school AND at Johnson County Community College. Dropping the course only at the high school will result in a failing grade at JCCC.
