The center has the Nutrition Kitchen with staff members who prepare and serve nutritious lunches and snacks for the children. Menus are prepared in accordance with guidelines set by the Child Care and Adult Food Program and the Kansas Department of Health and Environment. Exceptions are made upon order by a physician or for religious reasons. Lunch and snack times are available in the HCDC Parent Handbook (PDF).
