You can choose to enroll your child in reserved care, occasional care or a combination. 

Reserved Care is used when you need a routine schedule for your child every week for a minimum of 4 consecutive weeks. You pay for the hours you have reserved whether you use them or not. Qualifications for using reserved care are provided in the HCDC Parent Handbook (PDF).

Occasional Care is used when your schedule is irregular and sometimes unpredictable. The hourly rate is higher, and you are not guaranteed that there will be an opening for your child. You pay for the time that you schedule. More information on occasional care is available in the HCDC Parent Handbook (PDF).

Reserved Care Enrollment: You are required to enroll each semester you need our services. Sometime during the semester, notification of when applications are due for the following semester will be made. Unfortunately there is no guarantee that space will be available for everyone wishing to re-enroll. Names will be put into a lottery and space allotted based on the order drawn. Fees: a nonrefundable application fee is required each semester you enroll in reserved care. There is no application fee for occasional care. Paying the application fee does not guarantee enrollment. Hourly fees are posted annually. More information is available in the HCDC Parent Handbook (PDF).
