Electronic Billing Statements  (E-bills) or Balance Due

• E-bills are now available through My Finances.
• You will receive an email when a new E-bill is published.
• Log on to MyJCCC and select the My Finances tab.
• Select the E-bills tab.
• From the drop down list of dates, select the E-bill publish date.
• E-bills are published monthly on the first Friday of each month for the current term.
• About one month before the payment deadline, an E-bill will be published for the upcoming term. An updated E-bill for the upcoming term will be published a few days before the payment deadline.
• E-bills are static and do not reflect activity (payments, adds/drops, financial aid, etc.) since E-bill date.
• For activity since the E-bill publish date, go to Account Activity in My Finances and select the your term needed for the activity details.
