GED® Test

2014 Official GED® Test

All GED® testing is on a computer. There are four test areas:

  • Reasoning Through Language Arts
  • Mathematical Reasoning
  • Science
  • Social Studies

Registering for the Official GED® Test

All GED® testing must be completed at a Pearson VUE computer test site. Johnson County Community College is a licensed test site. The test is given in Regnier Center 243.

Registration for the test is available online at www.GED.com. You may schedule one test or several tests at a time. Payment is by debit or credit card.

When you come to take the test, you must bring a government-issued photo I.D. as proof of age. Students under 18, special conditions apply.

GED® Graduation

After you pass the GED® exam, you need to call 913-469-7621 to register for the GED® Graduation Ceremony.
