Along with that, I love the collaboration and support between all of the Success Advocates as we work together to improve our methods, efficacy, and ways to reach students.

The great thing about being a Success Advocate is working with students on this beautiful and dynamic campus. I am able to assist a student from filling out the Admission application, navigating the steps for enrollment, solving problems along the way, and celebrating with them when they apply for graduation! JCCC truly is unique by creating the Pathways program where I am able to take the time to foster caring relationships with my students, which enables me to point them to the right resources and give them the support they need to accomplish their goals.
