Admission Requirements for Non-Degree-Seeking Students

You are a non-degree seeking student if you are taking courses while still in high school, visiting JCCC from another college or taking credit classes without wanting to earn a certificate or degree.

Please note that only degree seeking students are eligible for financial aid, scholarships and Veteran’s benefits.

Ready to Apply?

Current or Former Students - if you are a returning student see if you need to complete an application.

Complete the Online Admission Application. After your notification of admission, you will be able to complete the remaining credit steps to enrollment.

Visiting Students

Visiting students are students attending another institution who wish to take a class at JCCC and have the credit transferred to their home institution. To enroll in JCCC classes you will need to complete the application process for visiting students.

Age 55 and Older - Brown and Gold Club

If you are a Johnson County resident and are 55 + years old, you can take advantage of our Brown & Gold membership and rates.
