Client Support Services is committed to providing the highest quality services, support and assistance in the delivery of office computing, multimedia presentation technology and Help Desk support and solutions by providing professional customer-oriented services through a blended delivery of automated, self-service and personal assistance in support of the evolving technology needs of our college.
Scope of Services
- Centralized end-user technical support desk for faculty, staff and students
- Support and management of JCCC office technology
- Support and management of public use JCCC workstations
- Support and management of multimedia presentation technology
- Multimedia presentation equipment scheduling and distribution
- Consultation and implementation of multimedia presentation and ITP office technologies
