Exercise Course

JCCC's Lifetime Fitness and Wellness Center is designed to improve fitness levels through physical activity. The center has cardiovascular and strength training equipment and a circuit consisting of steppers and resistance machines. A professional physical educator is on duty at all times to assist you and answer your questions.
