Mr. Wnek is one of the primary faculty responsible for the paramedic training programs Johnson County Community College in Emergency Medical Services department.

Mr. Wnek came to the Kansas City area from Boston, MA in 1975 to obtain his EMT and Paramedic education.  He worked as an EMT and then Paramedic in Missouri for 14 years.  In 1989 Mr. Wnek began working at Johnson County MedAct as an Education Supervisor and in July of 1998 he left that position for his current faculty position at the college.
