Joe Stellwagon is an adjunct assistant professor for the CPR (EMS 121) and EMS First Responder (EMS 128) courses.

Mr. Stellwagon is a lifelong Kansan who graduated from Johnson County Community College’s Paramedic program in 1992.  He started working as a paramedic for Johnson County Med-Act in 1993.  Mr. Stellwagon’s personal interest is promoting first aid training to the public to build people’s confidence and understanding so that they can help their own family and others.
