CEUs for Healthcare Professionals
Day and evening seminars and self-paced programs are available for continuing education units (CEUs) for nurses, social workers, counselors, psychologists, registered dieticians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, massage therapists, radiology technicians and nursing home administrators.
These programs count toward licensing renewal and meet all licensing board requirements.
In addition, the HHS department provides a variety of classroom and online training for individuals seeking entry-level positions in health care-related fields. These include phlebotomy technicians, ECG technicians and medical billing and coding professionals, among others.

Continuing education credit is offered for professionals from a wide variety of health care disciplines, including RNs, LPNs, LMHTs, social workers, psychologists, counselors, occupational therapists, physical therapists, dietitians, dentists, dental hygienists, Radiologic Technologists (RTs) and Kansas ACHAs.
Educational offerings are often multidisciplinary in approach and applicable to a wide variety of health care disciplines. Continuing education credit is provided through:
