Hugh King interacts with his students using creativity, lessons from his field experience and incorporates as many practical activities as possible. King engages with his students so they can recognize that the world of electronics is constantly changing and a NARS foundation provides a method to understand the impact on their future job.

Outside the classroom, he is a professional musician, playing drums with several area bands. He enjoys scuba diving, is a licensed amateur HAM radio operator and is working toward earning a private pilot’s license.
