• Following the initial implementation of the Performance Management Process, Human Resources reviewed the submitted reports to assess areas where supervisors had difficulty understanding the process. Based on this review, HR will offer focused training sessions for supervisors in the next cycle.
  • After the initial 2015 Employee Engagement Survey, the College launched a three-pronged approach to address areas of enhancement. Managers were asked to review the results of the engagement survey and share results with their area team members. Each team was tasked with identifying two to three high impact items for employee engagement and creating an action plan. These tasks are being monitored by Cabinet members over each respective area.  Another Employee Engagement Survey was performed in Spring 2017 to measure progress made.
