In accordance with the College’s Accounting System Policy and Confidentiality Policy, the President or his/her designee will establish procedures for the receipt and deposit of funds by the College and its employees. Such procedures shall provide for the safeguarding of College receivables and for the privacy of its patrons when making payments to the College in accordance with applicable laws.
