Why have a survey?

An employee engagement survey addresses a specific goal and task of the JCCC strategic plan.

2017 Engagement Survey

The 2017 survey is part of a planned follow-up to the previous survey to gauge improvements. 

2015 Engagement Survey

The employee engagement survey was conducted as part of the college’s strategic planning effort contributing to our first goal – "Increase student success by improving student satisfaction, retention, persistence, graduation and transfer rates."

Workgroups identified survey items most important to them and developed action plans to enhance their workplace experience.

The college has used the survey results in 2015-2016 to guide improvements.
