The Four Pillars

At the Fall 2016 All Staff meeting, we introduced a video highlighting the 4 pillars of Service, Relevance, Accountability and People. This video highlights how we contribute towards each of these pillars and sets the stage for our future.

Feb. 1 - Survey is live!

On February 1, Quantum Workplace sent email invitations to all JCCC employees with a link to the survey. It just takes a few minutes to complete. It's completely anonymous, and we take this survey very seriously.

Watch for your survey invitation

On February 1, JCCC’s survey vendor, Quantum Workplace will send your unique survey link to your email address. Survey dates: February 1 – 15, 2017.

The confidential survey gives you an opportunity to share your honest opinions about your workplace experience, the college culture, the culture of your workgroup and more.

Your voice is vital in shaping your own as well as your colleagues' future experiences here.

The survey will take no more than 15 min.
