Kansas City Corporate Challenge (KCCC) is an Olympic-style charitable event that allows participants to interact with each other through sporting events while earning points and awards for their teams. The games run April through June every year and include a variety of individual and team sports.
All JCCC employees are encouraged to check out the options and pick their favorite activity (or two!)—even if that means cheering on your coworkers from the sidelines!
Registrations open yearly mid-to-late January, and close early-to-mid March. Watch out for InfoHub messages around those times for announcements on when registrations have opened or are about to close. Get involved with Corporate Challenge
KCCC draws more than 33,000 participants from more than 240 organizations, including Johnson County Community College. Games are played at iconic Kansas City locations, including the Truman Sports Complex, Smithville Lake and Kansas Speedway.
Not feeling athletic but have a love for the game? No problem! You can volunteer to become an event coordinator, assist with games, manage hydration stations and more.
Aside from the personal benefits to everyone who is involved, each year a Kansas City-based charitable organization is chosen to benefit financially from KCCC. With a portion of every 2022 company registration, KCCC was able to donate to their charity partner, Cornerstones of Care.
